Order Cancellation

Welcome to Ranorilva (hereinafter referred to as “we”). To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have established a clear order cancellation process, allowing you to easily cancel your order and receive a refund when eligible.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders placed within 48 hours and not yet shipped can be cancelled directly.
• Orders placed over 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return and refund after receiving the shipment according to our Return & Exchange Policy. For more details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation Process

• If your order meets the cancellation criteria, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, and provide:
  • Order number
  • Payment proof
• Our customer service team will review your request promptly and notify you of the cancellation result. Once approved, we will arrange the refund accordingly.

3. Refund Process

• Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the bank card used for payment (supported by JCB, Mastercard, VISA, etc.).
• Processing Time: Depending on your bank’s processing speed, the refund is expected to be credited within 10–15 business days. If the refund has not arrived after this period, please contact us for assistance.
