- Orders of A$120 or more qualify for free shipping; orders below A$120 incur a A$6.99 shipping fee.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–9 business days to reach your address. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
You can track your order anytime on the website’s “Find My Order” page by entering your order number and registered email or phone number.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders placed can be canceled within 48 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled; please follow the return process after receiving the item.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via customer support. Once approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
8. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 45 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible reasons include product defects, appearance issues, odor, significant color differences, incorrect items, or simply no reason.
- When applying, provide your order number and supporting photos or videos.
- Each package includes a return label for convenient shipping back.
- After verification, we will refund your payment to the original method within 1–3 business days, or send a replacement product.
- Shipping costs due to product issues are covered by us; shipping for no-reason returns is borne by the customer.
