- After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm whether it matches the reason provided in your request.
- Based on the inspection result:
- Return: For approved returns, we will process the refund according to our refund policy, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
- Exchange: For approved exchanges, we will arrange shipment of the new item within 1–3 business days and notify you of the shipping details via email or phone.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the bank card used for payment (supported by JCB, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and other cards).
- Processing Time: Depending on the processing speed of different banks, refunds are expected to be credited within 10–15 business days.

- If the return/exchange is due to product defects, quality issues, odor, severe color difference, or incorrect items, shipping costs will be covered by us.
- If the return/exchange is for no reason, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
